🤝 “One of the key factors that enhance employee engagement within a company is increasing opportunities for learning and development for all members,” according to Navigos Group. Understanding this, HFL Media has been implementing a variety of learning and training activities in different formats such as classroom learning, online learning, and on-job training.
📝 Among these, the practical training in a classroom setting has been thoroughly applied to help participants immediately apply theory and receive direct feedback from instructors. Such a session was held on September 24th, focusing on “Mastering Lighting Adjustment and Camera Settings.”
✨ Set up like a professional studio, the class was highly interactive and engaging with participants from HFL exchanging experiences and learning from each other. After the session, 23 members had grasped a comprehensive understanding of camera settings, the principles of setting up lighting, measuring light, and the application of these setups for photographing people and objects. Moreover, several impressive “products” were created by the hands of these enthusiastic amateurs during the practical portion of the class.
