JOB DESCRIPTION

• YouTube channel management
  • Edit videos from the available content library of HFL Media with new and creative approaches: Set up the camera for Shorts, experiment with AI Shorts content, etc.
  • Upload and manage the YouTube channel system.
• Report work progress, analyze data on the channel.
• Market research.
  • Analyze key Analytics metrics for channel management.
  • Research market trends, competitors, audience, and products.
• Learning and development activities:
  • Be proactive and willing to learn AI tools to optimize work efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
• Reference Channels: Hypno Motion, VrozixPlayz

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience Requirement: Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.

Required Skills:

• SEO skills, market research.
• Skills in summarizing, analyzing, and evaluating data.
• Logical thinking, agility.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere for video editing: Cutting and audio blending.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop: Image processing, cutting, and color correction for editing Thumbnails.

Qualities and organizational fit:

• Alignment with general competencies: Teamwork, self-learning, and performance management skills.

Other Requirements:

• Age: 20 – 25
• Video shooting skills, especially for Shorts, are an advantage.

WORKPLACE & WORKING HOURS

• Location: 3rd Floor, SHG Building, 8 Quang Trung, Ha Dong, Hanoi
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Off on Sundays and every other Saturday)
