Channel Management (Real Life Kids)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Video Editing: Cut, combine, and edit video clips and audio (sound effects, character voices, background sounds, etc.) from the existing library to create a finished video that meets channel upload standards.
• Thumbnail Editing: Cut, combine, and adjust colors from raw images to create eye-catching thumbnails.
• Uploading & Promotion: Upload videos to YouTube and promote them (seeding, audience engagement, etc.).
• Research & Analysis: Research, gather information, analyze metrics, evaluate channel performance, and provide solutions for the assigned channel and team channels.
• Reference Channel: ME ME BAND

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Requirements:

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO.
• Understanding of channel analytics metrics.
• Awareness of YouTube trends.
• Knowledge of the Kids market is a plus.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 6 months of experience managing a YouTube channel.

Required Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop: Image processing, cutting, and adjusting colors and lighting for Thumbnails.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Capcut,…: Cutting, editing, and integrating sound effects.
• Strong visual, color, and audio sense.
• Ability to analyze channel metrics through Analytics and Trends.
• Basic understanding of English for reading and listening.

WORKPLACE & WORKING HOURS

• Location: 3rd Floor, SHG Building, 8 Quang Trung, Ha Dong, Hanoi
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Off on Sundays and every other Saturday)
