JOB DESCRIPTION
Define business strategy on Facebook platform
- Adapt HFL’s existing content (already published on YouTube) for new platforms: Facebook, TikTok.
- Identify new content trends for HFL to produce and distribute on Facebook, TikTok.
Develop and manage partner/Creator network
- Seek potential partners/creators for HFL to invest in and collaborate with on Facebook and TikTok.
- Search for content creators (businesses and individuals) with promising content to join HFL Media’s Facebook Network in various forms.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage Facebook groups and pages related to products, engage with communities.
- Provide advice and support to partners:
- Assist partners in content development and channel growth.
- Address issues that arise during collaboration.
Develop relationships with Facebook and TikTok to stay updated on trends, policies, and new content development programs
- Maintain relationships with Facebook and TikTok to keep up with the latest trends, policies, and content development/business programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge of business processes and collaborations with platforms and content creators.
- Understanding of the characteristics, policies, and standards of Facebook and TikTok.
- Familiarity with digital content production across multiple platforms, especially Facebook and TikTok, is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business roles within Facebook and TikTok networks.
- Preferred candidates with experience and relationships with Facebook Meta, TikTok, and individual content creators.
Skills:
- Logical thinking and sensitivity to content trends on digital platforms.
- Strong presentation skills (both speaking and writing—creating sales materials, drafting contracts, etc.).
- Research, synthesis, and analysis skills.
- Consulting, negotiating, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (all 4 skills: speaking, writing, listening, reading).
Qualities and organizational fit:

Other requirements:
- Education: Graduated from college or higher in fields such as Economics, Foreign, Languages, International Relations, Marketing,…

WORKPLACE & WORKING HOURS
- Location: 3rd Floor, SHG Building, 8 Quang Trung, Ha Dong, Hanoi
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Off on Sundays and every other Saturday)
